T&M Properties Limited
Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. Responsibility and Contact
T&M Properties Limited is responsible for personal information collected through this website. This Privacy Policy explains the public website and its Correspondence interface; separate information may be provided where a proposal develops into a particular engagement or relationship.
For privacy enquiries or to exercise your rights, contact contact@tmproperties.co or use the Correspondence interface on our homepage.
2. Information Collected
The Correspondence form asks for your first name, last name, email address, nature of correspondence and message. Organisation is optional. We receive the information you choose to include in your submission and subsequent correspondence. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information or information about other people.
Website delivery, security and correspondence services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested page, referring page, timestamps and security or spam indicators. Submissions may be screened automatically to prevent abuse.
If you enable Analytics & Performance, optional measurement services receive usage and performance information, which may include visited pages, referring pages, browser information, IP address and loading measurements. Optional measurement remains blocked before permission. See our Cookie Policy.
Where you have requested institutional announcements, subscription records may include your email address and confirmation or withdrawal of your choice. New subscription requests are temporarily paused.
3. Purposes and Lawful Bases
- To receive, assess, route and respond to enquiries, proposals and professional submissions: our legitimate interests in managing institutional correspondence and relationships. Where you request steps towards a contract, processing necessary for those steps may also be relevant.
- To deliver and protect the website, maintain security, prevent abuse and screen spam: our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable service.
- To remember the cookie preference you request: operation of the preference service and our legitimate interests in respecting and demonstrating that choice.
- To run optional website analytics and performance measurements: your consent, which you can withdraw through Cookie Settings.
- To meet applicable legal requirements or address legal claims: the relevant legal obligation or our legitimate interests in establishing, exercising or defending rights, where applicable.
Providing correspondence information is voluntary. We need the required fields to process the form and respond appropriately. Choosing not to enable optional analytics does not prevent you from browsing or submitting correspondence.
4. Service Providers and Recipients
Personal information may be handled by the following categories of recipients, only as relevant to the purposes described in this Policy:
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers supporting delivery, availability and operation of this website.
- Communications and correspondence service providers supporting receipt, routing, delivery and storage of enquiries and requested institutional communications.
- Security, fraud-prevention and anti-spam providers protecting the website, its forms and communications.
- Analytics and performance providers receiving optional measurement information only where you have given the required consent.
- Professional advisers and the appropriate institutional offices where necessary to assess or respond to correspondence, manage a relationship, or address legal matters.
- Regulatory or public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
Access is limited according to the relevant function. Service providers may process information on our behalf under applicable contractual and data-protection arrangements. Where a recipient acts independently, its own legal responsibilities also apply. You may contact us for further information about recipients relevant to your personal information. Submitted correspondence is not published on the public website.
5. International Processing
Certain service providers may process personal information in jurisdictions outside the United Kingdom, where applicable to their service. Data-protection rules in those jurisdictions may differ from those in the United Kingdom.
Where a transfer is subject to UK international-transfer restrictions, the relevant arrangements must provide an appropriate basis for the transfer. Depending on the destination and circumstances, this may include UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards, together with additional measures where required. Contact contact@tmproperties.co for information about the destinations and safeguards relevant to your information, or how to obtain a copy of applicable safeguards.
6. Retention
Correspondence may be retained within secure communications and records systems for as long as necessary to assess and respond to the matter, administer any resulting relationship, comply with applicable legal obligations and resolve claims or complaints. Relevant criteria include whether the matter remains active, the nature of any continuing engagement, applicable record-keeping duties and the need to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Subscription and consent records are retained as necessary to administer the communications requested, honour withdrawal and demonstrate the relevant choice. A limited suppression record may be retained where necessary to prevent further unwanted communications.
Cookie preferences are stored in your browser for 180 days unless replaced or deleted earlier. Optional measurement requests do not create a persistent analytics cookie in the reviewed implementation. Measurement records are retained only for relevant performance, security and reporting purposes, subject to the applicable service arrangements and retention criteria. Browser resource-cache lifetimes depend on resource settings and browser controls.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may ask for access, correction or erasure of your personal information, restriction of processing, or a portable copy. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Use Cookie Settings in the footer to change optional tracking choices. For other requests, contact contact@tmproperties.co. We may need proportionate information to verify a request and locate the relevant records.
You may raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or another competent data-protection authority. You may contact us first so that we can consider and address your concern.
8. Security and Automated Screening
We use encrypted connections and appropriate access controls to protect correspondence and website information. No internet or communications service can guarantee absolute security. Automated screening supports security and spam prevention; this website does not use correspondence to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Cookie Policy explains the technologies identified on the site, the distinction between necessary functionality and optional tracking, and how to accept, reject or change your preferences.
10. Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the website, its services or relevant obligations change. The current version and revision date will be published on this page.
